The Victorian Lodge sits above the ski base area under the Steamboat Gondola with easy shuttle access to the ski trails. This Steamboat lodging property combines Victorian charm with modern comforts. Originally built in 1880 in Kansas, the Victorian Lodge was dismantled and moved to Steamboat Springs in 1991 and rebuilt as a ski-town Bed & Breakfast. It was completely restored in 2007 to provide modern amenities and finishings while preserving its Victorian charm. On the lower level a game room offers place to pay a game of pool or Wii and a home theater media room with leather recliners. On the main floor the living room with fireplace and window sitting area offer a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen, is well equipped with appliances and granite countertops. A cozy breakfast nook offers a valley view. The Victorian craftsmanship that makes this home unique is evident with its original molding and stained glass windows, parlor and en-suite sitting rooms off several of the bedrooms.
