This exclusive mountain home (half of a duplex) is located on Ski Trail Lane, just 100 yards from the ski slopes. It is a very spacious home with a living room upstairs and a den downstairs. The sauna and private outdoor hot tub create a real resort atmosphere in this roomy retreat. Boasting 4 bedrooms and 4 and one-half bathrooms, the Ski Trail Lodge 2 home can sleep 12 people. There is a king-size bed in one bedroom, a queen-size bed in another and 2 twin beds in each of the other two bedrooms. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa and a queen-size Murphy bed in the den. The upstairs kitchen/dining room/living room is T-shaped and very open. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, a wood burning fireplace, 6 TVs and a VCR, a CD/stereo/tape player, and a 2 car garage. It is not on a bus or shuttle route, so a car is recommended. A 4- wheel drive is recommended in the winter. Taxi service is also available. Views from the deck and living room are fabulous and panoramic. Pets are allowed at the Ski Trail properties with additional Pet Deposit and Cleaning Fee.
